DMCA & Abuse Policy
Last updated: 8 June 2026. This document is provided in good faith and is not a substitute for independent legal advice.
1. Overview
Sentio Cloud Services LLC respects intellectual-property rights and expects its customers to do the same. Although our company is established in Georgia and the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) does not apply to us by force of law, we handle copyright and abuse complaints in good faith using a DMCA-style process. Hosting infringing material violates our Terms of Service.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content hosted on our infrastructure infringes your copyright, send a notice to abuse@sentiocloud.io that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its precise location (URL and/or IP address) so we can find it
- Your contact details (name, email, and, if relevant, the rights holder you represent)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder’s behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. What Happens Next
On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may forward it to the customer responsible for the content and/or disable access to the material while the matter is resolved. For clear or repeated violations we may suspend or terminate the service. We will act within a reasonable time and keep the complainant informed of the outcome.
4. Counter-Notification
If you are a customer whose content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to abuse@sentiocloud.io including:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
- A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your contact details and your physical or electronic signature
5. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who are repeat infringers.
6. Other Abuse
To report phishing, malware, spam, network attacks, or other abuse originating from our network, email abuse@sentiocloud.io with as much detail as possible (IP address, timestamps, logs). Child sexual abuse material is treated with zero tolerance: it is removed immediately, the account is terminated, and the matter is reported to the competent authorities.
7. Contact
All abuse and intellectual-property reports: abuse@sentiocloud.io. General enquiries: support@sentiocloud.io.
