What VPN protocols do you support?

Pick from WireGuard, Outline (Shadowsocks), or OpenVPN at order time — we install and configure the server for you. WireGuard is the default and fastest. Outline is hardest to block. OpenVPN has the widest device support. The Custom VPS includes a pre-configured VPN for free if you opt in.

Can I add more devices later?

Yes. WireGuard customers can spin up extra device configs from the service detail page — each device gets its own keys. Outline and OpenVPN device-add is on the roadmap.

What if I lose my .conf file?

Regenerate it from the service detail page — the "Regenerate VPN config" button rotates the keys and produces a fresh download. Any device using the old config drops.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment options appear at checkout — we're finalising new providers. If you have a specific method in mind, please contact support and we'll let you know whether it's on the way.

How fast are servers provisioned?

Most servers are provisioned automatically within minutes of payment confirmation.

Can I change OS, restart, or rescue my VPS from the dashboard?

Yes. From the service detail page you can restart / shut down / start the VM, reset the root password, reinstall the OS (Ubuntu / Debian / AlmaLinux / Fedora), and boot into rescue mode if you break the boot — all self-serve, no support ticket required.

Can I add my SSH key so I don't need a password?

Yes. Store your public keys under Account → SSH keys. They get installed in /root/.ssh/authorized_keys on every new VPS you order, and you can push them to an existing VPS with one click from the service detail page.

Do you show real-time resource usage?

Yes. CPU%, RAM used, disk used and monthly bandwidth — pulled live from the hypervisor on every dashboard load. No fake graphs.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my VPS later?

Yes. From the service detail page you can resize CPU, RAM, disk and bandwidth at any time — pay the prorated difference, the change applies on the next billing cycle (or immediately for upgrades).

What is your refund policy?

We offer a refund within the first 24 hours if the service does not meet the advertised specifications. Contact support for details.

Where are your servers located?

Our servers are hosted in European data centers with low-latency connectivity and strong data-protection regulations.
