Sentio Cloud

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026. This document is provided in good faith and is not a substitute for independent legal advice.

1. Overview

Sentio Cloud uses only strictly necessary cookies — the small files required for the website to function and to keep your account secure. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of your activity. Because we set only essential cookies, no consent banner is required; this page exists so you know exactly what is stored and why.

2. Cookies We Use

The following cookies may be set when you use the site:

  • sentio_sess — keeps you signed in after login. Essential, encrypted, HTTP-only; expires when your session ends.
  • csrf — a security token that protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery. Essential.
  • A console-access cookie — set only when you open the browser VNC console for a server, to authorise that single console session. Essential and short-lived.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile cookies — set by Cloudflare on the sign-up and password-recovery pages to verify you are not a bot. Used for security/anti-abuse only.

3. What We Do Not Use

We do not use Google Analytics or any other web-analytics tool, advertising or remarketing cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or any technology that tracks you across other websites.

4. Managing Cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that the strictly necessary cookies above are required for the site to work — if you block them you will not be able to log in or use the dashboard.

5. Changes & Contact

If our use of cookies changes, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date. Questions can be sent to support@sentiocloud.io.
